Carassauga Festival of Cultures has a new format and an amazing headliner to kick it off at Paramount Fine Foods Centre on May 24, 2019.

Opening ceremonies include a parade of nations, flag dance, performances from some pavilions, and of course the headliner: Platinum Blonde!
