Battle of the Blades combines athletes from two of Canada’s favourite sports — figure skating and hockey — as they pair up in a live, high-stakes figure skating competition for the charity of their choice. Be part of the audience during filming for an episode in the new season on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 8pm at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre.

Battle of the Blades is a live event competition featuring former NHL hockey players and internationally ranked figure skaters who compete each week in an elimination-style ice skating competition. The winning pair earns the Crystal Trophy and a sizeable charity donation.

Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket and must sit on the lap of their guardian/parent.

LIVE TELEVISED TAPING:

• All patrons must be in their seats by 7:30pm. At 7:45pm empty seats will be filled and you may have to locate another seat in the venue.
• Guests are asked to remain seated during broadcast, movement to and from seats only permitted during specified timings. If you are seen standing or moving around during live broadcast, you will be asked to leave by CBC.
• No flash photography.
• No video or audio recording of any kind.
• No backpacks, bags, or purses larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″.
• Strollers not permitted entry.
• Arrive early for security screenings.
• The same rules, listed above, apply to Suite Ticket Holders.

• Our box office will remain open until 8:30pm.
• Live broadcasting starts at 8pm SHARP and finishes at 9pm.
