Banners & Signs
We encourage guests to show their team or event pride and welcome support demonstrated through homemade banners and signs. Guests are welcome to bring banners to the venue provided they do not interfere with the event, your fellow fans’ enjoyment, or carry disparaging, commercial, political or obscene messages. Banners cannot block or cover current building signage.

Baby Change Stations
Baby change stations are located in the Sportsplex and Rinks 2, 3 and 4 restrooms. The Arena has change stations in restrooms located at sections 6, 7, 20, and 21 on the concourse.

Child Tickets
Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket and must sit on the lap of their guardian/parent.

Elevators
Public elevators are located at B Arena Gates 2 & 3, inside the Rinks (near A Rinks Entrance) and in the Sportsplex (near C Sportsplex Gate 2).

Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are located in the Sportsplex and Rinks 2, 3 and 4.

First Aid
Paramedics are on hand during all events at Paramount Fine Foods Centre. Guests requiring first aid assistance, in any area of the facility, are urged to contact facility staff.

Food & Allergies
Outside food and beverages are not permitted into the facility. Also, coolers, bottles, cans, containers, thermos’, refillable mugs are not permitted. Concession stands are provided by Paramount Fine Foods and are open during events. Openings and times vary with each event.

Fans with food allergies or medical conditions who require specific types of food and beverage will be permitted to bring their own food and beverage into the facility. Please email pffcinfo@mississauga.ca to inquire about exceptions to Paramount Fine Foods Centre outside food and beverage policy.

Note: concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other nut products throughout the building. Paramount Fine Foods Centre does not have areas free from nut products and as a result, we recommend that those with nut allergies exercise extreme caution if attending events at Paramount Fine Foods Centre.

Lost And Found
Please see a Guest Services Representative during an event for lost items; or the Guest Services desk if visiting the Sportsplex or Rinks 2, 3 or 4. Items are inventoried and stored in Lost & Found where they are kept for at least 30 days, at which time if not claimed, they are forwarded to charity. For event lost & found, contact Event Services at 905-502-9100; for Community Rinks or Sportsplex lost & found at 905-502-9100 x2895.

Lost Children
Paramount Fine Foods Centre staff are trained in assisting with lost children/parents while visiting our facility. Please contact a Guest Services Representative for details and remain with that staff member until the child/parents are found.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets can only be reprinted with authorization from the ticket purchaser officially listed on the account. For stolen tickets, it is the responsibility of the guest to report the theft to their nearest police station, and to obtain an occurrence number. This information must be provided to the ticket office. Once a ticket has been reissued, the original ticket becomes null and void. A service charge may apply on all reprinted tickets. All reprinted tickets/cards will be available on the day of the game only and must be picked up in person at the main box office “will call” window

Media Access
All media must have appropriate credentials, which is approved through our Facility Manager, the Mississauga Steelhead’s office, the Raptors 905 office, and/or the Event Promoter.
Credential photographers may only take photos from designated areas.

Merchandise
Mississauga Steelheads – available on game days at The Bait Shop, located at the main entrance of the Arena (B Arena Gate 1).
Raptors 905 – available on game days at the pop-up shop courtside
Other Events – available at various locations on the concourse, subject to inventory

Pay Phones
Pay phones are located in each lobby space across the property.

NBA G League – G-League fans are welcome to take pictures during games from their seats provided that their photographic equipment does not exceed the following standards:

  • Any SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera equipment
  • Any video camera equipment
  • Any camera equipment exceeding 50 mm focal length (ie. more than a 6x zoom)
  • No flash photography
  • SLR cameras or professional photo equipment are strictly prohibited

Any individual that attempts to enter an arena with photographers equipment will be refused entry into the facility unless a valid photography pass is produced.

The use of professional “strobe” lighting in any venue is limited to individuals designated as official photographers by the NBA or G-League with express permission from the NBA or G-League. Any other use of professional lighting by member teams or media personnel is prohibited without the written consent of the G-League.

All Other Events – Personal video cameras, Go Pros, selfie sticks, professional audio or video recording equipment, including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs are not permitted. Please note this policy is subject to change per event.

Pro Shop
There is an on-site pro shop located at Rink 2, 3 and 4 (at A Rinks Entrance) which operates during the peak hockey season only. Operating hours vary and match peak seasonal ice schedules.

Refunds
All ticket sales are final.

Smoking
It is prohibited to smoke on the Paramount Fine Foods Centre property, this includes the parking lots surrounding the facility. Learn more about the Smoke Free Ontario Act.

Strollers
During events in the Arena, strollers are not permitted entry. We do not offer stroller parking on site.
