City of Mississauga Lifting Proof of Vaccination in City Facilities

Following direction from the Government of Ontario, the City of Mississauga will no longer require patrons using City facilities to provide proof of vaccination.

  • Effective March 1, capacity limits for ticketed events will increase to 100 per cent in accordance with new regulations.
  • Proof of vaccination is not required for most events at Paramount Fine Foods Centre including Mississauga Steelheads and Raptors 905 games.
  • Special events & concerts may have vaccination requirements on a case by case basis. Each artist reserves the right to implement this policy at their concert. If this is the case, it will be identified in the event detail page as well as Ticketmaster.
  • Active screening will be removed.
  • Food and beverage service will be available.
  • The City of Mississauga has lifted its mandatory mask by-law. On March 21, the province entered the next phase of reopening and the Government of Ontario removed masking requirements for most settings.

Fan Safety is Priority. Ticketmaster has provided a “Status of Events” list as well as “Updated Information About Event Status, Refunds and Options.”

Tickets for cancelled events will automatically be refunded to the original purchaser at point of purchase. In person refund requests at the venue box office will occur after re-opening, please hold on to your ticket. Tickets for postponed events will be honoured at the rescheduled date.
